After 3 tries I finally got this mousse cake to live up to my standards! Those standards are: that it is slice-able without being frozen, lasts several days in the refrigerator with no deflating or collapsing and of course taste that is out of this world! Full of raspberry and so light and airy! I hope you will try it!
