How to make vegan mango smoothie by Usman Salman Food Joint.
Easy recipe on how to make vegan friendly mango smoothie using dairy free coconut milk drink, dairy alternative to the usual mango lassi and dairy based mango drink.
Ingredients:
2 American/South American mangoes
Juice of 1 lime
Dairy free milk (we used Koko diary free coconut drink)
Note: we didn’t add any sugar as we felt it wasn’t necessary, but if you feel it lacks sweetness, feel free to add some sugar around 1-2 tbs altogether or according to your taste.
