We had such a great today! The raw cake was a blast and the nacho sauce was insanely good! We don’t eat tofu often, because there is a huge debate if it’s healthy to eat or not + it’s highly processed … That being said, for occasions like this it is an awesome ingredient that made our nacho sauce just perfect!! The first ever tofu cheese sauce I have actually liked!!

Ingredients for the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
For the Cheese sauce:
4 cups diced red or golden potatoes
3 medium carrots, diced
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (remove the seeds)
several small orange or red mini peppers
or 1/2 red or orange bell pepper
1/2 pack organic silken tofu
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2-3/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 stp onion powder
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp sea salt

I love this strawberry/cherry time, too and my favourites are the tiny wood strawberries in our garden. Watermelon juice was one of my most delicious experiences of the last years. Do you use the skin, too?? How did the vegetable sauce become so yellow, a special spice?? Everything looked extra yummy! Love, Monika❣

    1. Hi Monika, I will post how we make our watermelon juice … The recipe to the nacho sauce is in the description box. The color is caused just by the vegetables! Amazing right?! Yes, no turmeric or anything, just potatoes, carrots and peppers
