oats
carrots

rice
nuts for milk
I get brussel sprouts if the look good, or the little new potatoes.
spinach is a hands down staple, you can make it work with anything
I have to always buy some type of lettuce, bananas, noodles, green onions, cilantro, and mushrooms. There is a small market that just opened up walking distance from my house so I am super excited because it is a vegan’s dream when it comes to cheap produce and large bag of red chickpeas and other beans/lentils (I definitely thought of you when I saw it).
🌺I would love an entire video dedicated to TOFU. What are your favorite recipes with it? You always have it in your hauls but rarely see what you do with it😢. I want to love it…just don’t know what to do with it 🦋
Every time without fail, my grocery list has:
bananas
potatoes
soy milk
romaine
spinach
broccoli
I always have to buy vegan cheese, yogurt, and milk and lately cauliflower rice and hummus I combine the two. also muesli!
Nom nom nom…. mmmm artichoke hearts and edamame… *so* good!
