This cake is super rich and has a fudgy texture, definitely you have to love beets!

3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of stevia sweetener
1/2 cup of beets
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 tsp of salt
frosting
1/4 cup of cacao powder
2 tbs of coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp of stevia sweetener
