1 tsp allspice
260g raisins and mixed peel

60g vegan butter
70g sugar
300ml unsweetened plant milk
7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
500g strong white flour
½ tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground allspice spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of raisins and mixed peel
20g flour with 2 tbsp water for cross
maple syrup for glaze
