A super easy cupcake recipe perfect for Valentines Day or any other occasion!
Recipe:
150g plain flour
25g cocoa powder
half tsp baking powder
half tsp bicarbonate soda
half tsp salt
150f granulated sugar
190ml soya milk
3 large tbsp vegetable oil (we used rapeseed)
3 large tbsp seedless raspberry jam
1 tsp vanilla extrac
