@LifeIsW0nderful I agree! I’m tired of seeing the ones with avocado in it. My boyfriend is allergic to avocados so this is a great recipe to try with him.

I can’t find any unsalted canned chickpeas. When I cook my own instead, what water-to-chickpea ratio do I need so that my aquafaba isn’t too liquid?
If you use just enough water to cover the chickpeas, you will end up with a very think liquid once it’s cold, and that will work beautifully. We’ll probably release a recipe on aquafaba at some point
