New week has started and I have new vegan recipe for you!
Who wouldn´t love cheesecakes? Especially around Thanksgiving…vegan, nutfree and gluten-free!
This recipe is super simple, made with yogurt and coconut cream. Tastes great cooled down in a fridge as well as baked in the oven. Aaaand yes, I forgot to say ,it´s 6inch cake pan I am using in the video 🙂 You can also use smaller pan to get a higher cake.
