2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp Browning
1 cup eggless mayo or egg replacement ( read package for conversion) or 3 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp mixed essence

1/4 cup myers rum any dark rum of your choice
1/4 cup sweet red wine
3 tbsp cherry brandy or crème de cassis
