1 1/2 tbsp. Flax Meal
4 tbsp. Water
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
1/3 cup cane sugar
1/3 cup coconut or brown sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea or Himalayan salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
