This Indonesian dessert made from shredded cassava and rich with coconut milk.
Ingredients :
A. Cassava part
– 1 lb shredded cassava, drain the liquid
– 250 ml coconut milk
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 200 gr coconut sugar or 1 1/2 C
B. Coconut milk part
– 200 ml coconut milk
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 35 ml hot water
– 20 gr rice flour
– 50 gr tapioca starch

Yvonne, coconut sugar itu bukan gula merah kan, aku pakai buat carrot cake. Aromanya menurut aku gak kek gula aren dr kampung kita. Kalau kamu rasa gimana? Mungkin perasaan aku saja 😆
