Ingredients: 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped 3 cups cake flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups white sugar 1 3/4 cups water 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon balsamic vinega Directions: Melt unsweetened chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber
