Our simple and delicious white chocolate strawberry champagne cake truffle recipe (which is totally gluten free and vegan) is the perfect way to enjoy the taste of champagne without the buzz, or to just use up that left over champagne you didn’t drink during New Years! Using our Cloud Nine Vanilla Cake Mix (or any cake mix of choosing) these vegan cake truffles are a cinch to make for any special occasion, especially if you want to take them to a party!
INGREDIENTS
– 1 Dolled Up Desserts Cloud Nine Vanilla Cake Mix
– 3/4 cup Sunflower Oil
– 2 cups vegan prosecco/champagne (check Barnivore!)
– 400g frozen whole strawberries
– 1 cup white sugar
– 3 cups white vegan chocolate (we use Moo Free)
– vegan sprinkles of choosing
