Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Vegan, Vegetarian, Healthy Filling Breakfast Drink
Ingredients
• 14oz /400 g strawberries (washed, hulled and chopped)
• •2 ripe bananas (peeled and chopped)
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• ½ pint /250ml water can also use rice milk or unsweetened almond milk
Preparation Method
• Place the above ingredients in a blender.
• Blend until smooth and serve.
