Ep18 Mantecaditos Puertorriqueños Vegan / Shortbread cookies – Dairy free – gluten free – egg less
Ingredients:
• 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour gluten free
• ½ cup of granulate sugar
• ½ cup unsalted Vegan butter *
• ½ cup of vegetable Shortening
• ½ Tbsp of vanilla
• ½ Tbsp of almond extract
• Pinch of salt
• Guava paste or guava filling
• Sprinkles
Vegan Butter:
Bake at 350F for 14 to 16 minutes
* If you are not vegan you can use the regular butter also you can use the salted butter just leave out the pinch of salt.
