I made a carrot cake for my mom’s birthday last week and made this cream cheese frosting to top it. It was a hit!
The recipe is super simple and yields enough frosting for one medium sized cake. Not only can it be used for carrot cake, but it goes really well with other flavors like red velvet as well. No judgement for eating on your own 😉
