Vegan pumpkin cookies with chocolate recipe review – recipe score 5/10. They are chewy and need to be eaten quickly. I skipped nutmeg and ginger but probably good idea to add it.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup white flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup canola oil
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup chocolate chips
Bake in convection 325 F for 20-22 min
