  2. Hi Anna,
Do you have / have you experienced any problems as a vegan and going to restaurants / public eateries? I’ve been eating vegan recently and really enjoying it, but I’m worried about making the full commitment to veganism because I notice that at a lot of restaurants (at least in my area) there are little to no vegan items on the menu. I don’t want to be the person who everyone rolls their eyes at / annoys everyone by asking for a vegan meal or gets turned away. Has this ever happened to you? And if so, what do you order? I’ve been a vegetarian for the past 5 years and even then sometimes I have struggled at restaurants. If you have any advice, that would be great! I don’t want to be the person sitting there going hungry! Haha. xo

    1. sevenpinkowls I’ve made 4 savoury dishes in the past month or so and definitely have more coming up. I was more of a dessert channel before so that love is still there for vegan desserts, but there will definitely be more of a mix than my previous channel had. Have a great potato curry coming soon! 👍

    2. Thank you so much, this has helped a lot! I love your videos about vegan sweet foods but would also love to see more savoury dishes if you’re keen to make some. Thanks again! xoxo

    3. sevenpinkowls oh I get the eye rolls all the time! Lol. But for me I couldn’t give two shits 😉 I stand by my beliefs. I was vegetarian for many years too. I watched Dear Vegetarians a video by James Aspey on YouTube and have been vegan since. Most restaurants will happily accommodate you if you ask. Asian/Thai restaurants I find are the easiest places to eat at. Most of my friends are happy to go to places that have more options available to me, but at a pinch I’m happy to have a plate of veggies! My advice is do your research ie what breads you can eat, pastas, etc so when you do go out you know exactly what you can eat. Hope this helps xx
