Connie I have been following you for a bit now and have tried a few of your recipes including this one, they smell delicious, I froze half just like you recommended. I added 1/2 cup of dark choc chips, probably didn’t need it but I have never baked anything before so this is a first. You know they will be great when the raw cookie dough is amazing.
Love your videos. This recipe looks especially delicious. Can I ask what type of vegan butter you use? I’m trying to find one that is made without palm oil.
