In this video I’ll show you how to make quick easy mini pepper pizza with no flour or dough! This is so healthy and peppers contain a high amount of vitamin E, vitamin C and antioxidants which is amazing for skin and hair health! I was craving pizza but didn’t want to eat the dough so I decided to make my own vegan gluten free version! Here is what you need:
Recipe:
Bell Peppers cut in half
olive oil
mushrooms
olives
Daiya Cheese (this is a vegan cheese brand that I use whenever I crave cheese!)
Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
