Made these last night with sweet potato and everything was DELICIOUS!!! (except I might have overboiled the potatoes so my mixture was kind of goopy 😥) It fried up totally fine and it all went so well with *that sauce* so all ended well!! Served it over salad with some pickled carrots & daikon and more kimchi. Thanks so much for your recipes!!
