Hi Rose, great video. Have you seen the “egg” video over on the channel, it doesn’t taste like chicken? Sam uses tofu for the egg white in her recipe.
Have you tried hummus with beets in it, the purple one? It’s odd I think it tastes like tuna salad.

A powdery flour made of finely ground cornmeal, NOT to be confused with cornstarch. The exception is in British and Australian recipes where the term “cornflour” is used synonymously with the U.S. word cornstarch.
Corn flour is what is used to make corn tortillas.
