What’s your lighting? So nice and clear.
I notice you do a lot of mediation in your What you Eat in A Day videos.
I would like to encourage you to check out this article concerning mediation.
And it quotes “No amount of chanting, breathing, visualizing, or physical contortions will melt away the sin that separates us from the Lord of the cosmos—however “peaceful” these practices may feel. Moreover, Paul warns that “Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light” (2 Cor. 11:14). “Pleasant” experiences may be portals to peril. Even yoga teachers warn that yoga may open one up to spiritual and physical maladies.
The answer to our plight is not found in some “higher level of consciousness” (really a deceptive state of mind), but in placing our faith in the unmatched achievements of Jesus Christ on our behalf.” God Bless!
I need to make these 😍
Again, can’t eat the oats. Gluten and oats are a no no for me. Still trying to find a good substitute for oats. My best try is some form of buckwheat (not wheat) so far. I’m not inclined to do a lot of cooking and/or testing so it’s going slow, trying out different things and forms.
Thx. That helps a lot.
Tbh, I haven’t done a lot of baking with it, but it’s definitely sweeter and milder than something like buckwheat.
Haven’t tried it yet, but if you think it might work here, I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the response. I have bought a pkg of all purpose mix by Bob’s Red Mill, and a pkg of quinoa flour, so far. Is sorghum sweet. After I bought the quinoa flour, someone said it tastes grassy, so I’ve put off making anything with it.
small footprint Have you tried sorghum flour at all?
