Hi guys! I have a super easy and pretty healthy latte recipe for you! If you like Turmeric, or if you just want to sneak some into your day, try this Golden Latte (Vegan Turmeric Latte).
Turmeric is very good for you as it is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. If you don’t like the taste of the spice on its own you will find that you barely notice it in this drink thanks to coffee and vanilla!
ALLERGY INFO: This drink is dairy free, nut-free, gluten-free, sugar free, and vegan. It can be made caffeine-free with decaf coffee beans.
Vegan Turmeric Latte Recipe:
1 cup strong brewed coffee (hot)
1/4-1/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Stevia or sweetener (to taste)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blitz at highest setting for a minute or two. Pour into mug and enjoy.
