EASY VEGAN WEEKNIGHT DINNERS

Thanks for watching! I hope you love these easy vegan weeknight dinners! As always, recipes can be found below.

Singapore Style Vermicelli:
200 g vermicelli rice noodles
chopped/sliced vegetables of choice
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
as much chopped tempeh or tofu as you like, marinated in:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Pizza:
recipe for tofu ricotta:

Kale Salad Dressing:
2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp vegan mayo (or another tbsp hummus)
1 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup

  1. I brought some vegan cheese the other day I nearly threw up. It tasted sooo
    bad anyone got any reccomendations for a vegan cheese in U.K. That doesn’t
    taste like gone off cheesy wotsits!? This cheese I brought tasted a little
    like the cheese you get in tuc biscuits and stuff but stronger and tangier
    just disgusting it ruined the whole pizza when I tried the other day
