It’s not only much healthier than normal banana breads, but doesn’t sacrifice any of the taste. It is soft, moist, rich, and best of all, has a lovely hint of chocolate and hazelnut… what’s not to love?

what about using one of those silicone loaf pans? is spray needed in those?
I saw there are loaf pans and muffin tins made out of silicone and also a
brownie pan which might come in handy too!!!
