EASY RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Healthy chocolate dessert recipes are rare but this is one of them! This raw vegan chocolate cake is moist and brownie-like. You’ll make it in a food processor. This cake also has a yummy chocolate frosting!

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:
* 1 1/2 cups Raw Walnuts
* Pinch of Salt
* 12 Medjool Dates, pits removed
* 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (or Carob powder or Cacao powder)
* 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 2 teaspoons Water

FROSTING:
* 1 Avocado
* 3 Medjool Dates, pits removed, and soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
* 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (or Carob powder or Cacao powder)
* 1/4 cup liquid sweetener, such as Raw Coconut Nectar, Maple Syrup, or Honey
