hey there!! i filmed my current favorite choc chip biscuit recipe that is suitable for all aliens & humans, including vegans and gluten intolerant beings ♡♡♡
measurements & ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegan butter (nuttelex buttery or olivani)
2 tsp vanilla essence or vanilla extract
1/4 cup plant based milk (almond, rice, cashew, oat, etc)
2 cups buckwheat flour (non gf flour works fine also)
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
vegan chocolate chips/ chunks
optional:
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
method:
preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with baking paper
in a large mixing bowl, cream sugar & butter, then add mylk & vanilla
add dry ingredients, as well as chocolate pieces and mix until combined
roll small balls of dough and place on tray 3×4
bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown
allow to cool on cooling rack, top with melted chocolate, serve with a hot drink or eat as is
