Im sorry to hear that! This cheesecake is amazing!! But for those who don’t do tofu, you can replace it with more vegan cream cheese instead.
The reason I use tofu though, in case you are wondering? I feel it gives it a lightness that the all cream cheese version does not have. I did do an all cream cheese German Chocolate Cheesecake here if you want to see the difference

vegan lol. I’ve never seen real baking without the use of animal products. Eggs, cream, fat rendering..Heck we killed 100,000 pigs because we thought they gave swine flu. The carnage will never end!
