This is my first video so I still have a long way to go with videography and recipe creation but hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
-1 ripe banana
-5 spoonfuls of flour
-1 spoonful of Linwoods flax, chia seed, apple, and cinnamon blend or any ground flax seeds
-about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond coconut milk
-Sprinkle of cinnamon
-Splash of vanilla extract
-1 capful (about 1 tsp.) of apple cider vinegar (I used Braggs)
-1/2 spoonful of baking powder
-1/2 cup or so of dark chocolate chips
