We will use Vegan Icing for decorating the cookies which is an eggless icing. Cool the cookies completely before storing or decorating them. You can put your imagination to work wonders. You can also decorate the cookies using coloured Sugar or Sugar Sprinkles. Keep the well cooled cookies in an airtight container. It will be good for 1 week at room temperature or 1 month in the freezer.
