How to create a healthy high-energy snack in just 5 minutes! These Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Raw Edible Cookie Dough Bites are clean eating, vegan, raw (if you soak your chickpeas), and absolutely delicious! ⠀
INGREDIENTS
1 13.5-oz can cooked chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked (use GF oats if GF)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, plus more, as needed to thin
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

NonieMacB they come canned or dry. If you buy dried, you’ll just need to soak them overnight. They’re also called garbanzo beans and are sold wherever other beans are sold 👍
