Ingredients:
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup (plus 2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

  2. I’m going to try and make these tomorrow as I love raspberry 😀 I’ve never made cookies before so it’ll be interesting to see how they turn out (probably not as good as yours) 😀

    1. There’s no way you can screw these up!! Like I said, they might be a little crumbly, but don’t get discouraged. They will come out great 🙂

  3. Mmmm. Love preserves of any kind! I never bother with jelly for anything. Great cookie recipe. Seems quick and easy. A big thumbs up!

    1. Yeah, I’ve never put preserves/jelly in any baked good before either, and it definitely adds a nice flavor!
