Cookie goals! 🍪😋 Love that these are sweetened with date paste. I’ve never baked with date paste in a while (it’s been over a year!) but I miss it! I’d just eat the cookie dough as is if we’re going to be totally honest though hehe 😂😂😂

I like how quickly this gets a chocolatey treat to my mouth!! I’ve been chocolate-obsessed lately.. and the use of date paste is just fantastic. 😀 I always make a big batch every week (and save that incredible date-infused water for making cashew milk). Thank you for sharing! My toddler and I will be enjoying a batch of these later!
