Psychic Hotline?…I bought a head of cauliflower, this morning, that was actually bigger than a softball (“on sale” cauli is usually on the Mini side)…I’ve made this sauce, in the past, and it is a wonderful thing on the tongue…so creamy and delish. I like your idea of turning any leftovers into a soup, too…and I like your face-without-makeup…
