  2. this looks yummy! ! would like to know if this whipped ganache recipe works for piping. Also would like to know how long can the cake frosted with this ganache be stored in the refrigerator. Would refrigeration change the texture of the ganache? TIA

    1. +Anita Hariharan yes you can pipe whipped chocolate ganache..this cake can easily stay for 4 days and once refrigerated take it out 15-20 mins before serving and it should be fine

  4. Hey Aditi..
Thank you so much for such a yumalicious cake. I made this yesterday with a slight change in the chocolate ganache. I used heavy whipping cream instead of coconut cream. It was so tempting that I forgot to take a pic of it. Planning to make this again for my daughters birthday in April. Will definitely share a picture of that 🙂 Also I had a request, please do share eggless pastries with fresh fruit.

    1. +Varsha PBhat glad you liked the cake..do share a picture with me when you make it again for your daughter

    1. Oh one question, if I want to eat the cake without any cream do I have to add more sugar to the cake batter ?
