Two, 8-9 -inch non-stick cake tins
Preheat the oven to 180° (or 350 F)
Baking time 15min
Preparation time 50 min
Cake Ingredients:
1.5 cup organic soya milk (substitute as needed)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 + 2⁄3 of cup of self raising flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
3⁄4 cup caster sugar
1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Choc Icing:
1 cup vegan margarine/butter
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 – 4 tablespoons organic soya milk
3.5 – 4 cups soft icing sugar (500g)
Decoration: (any vegan sprinkles of your choice)
Mixed nuts & Strawberries
Served with:
Fresh blue berries and strawberries / vanilla vegan ice-cream
