Watch as we break down how to make an eggless tiramisu cream using tofu, coconut cream, and sunflower seed cheese. Learn how to transform our fudgy blondies into cakey lady finger like treats that can be soaked in coffee or your favourite GF liqueur (note: Kahlua may or may not be gluten free, it has yet to be confirmed!). Tiramisu is a time consuming dessert to make but it is so worth it! Watch to the end to see a cute special appearance!
INGREDIENTS
a) Lady Fingers
– 1 Dolled Up Desserts Monroe Blondie Baking Mix
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– zest of 1 lemon
– 1/4 cup black cold coffee
2) Whipped Cream
– 2 cans of coconut milk, cold
– 1/2 cup icing sugar
– 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
3) Marscapone
– 1/2 cup of vegan cashew or seed cheese (we use Humbleseeds Sunflower Seed Spread)
– 2 tsp lemon juice
Soy Eggs
– 1 cup soy milk
– 1/2 cup silken tofu
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp cane sugar
Topping
– 1/4 cup of grated dark chocolate
