This banana cake is so moist inside and crusty on the outside. I was sad when I made it I only got 2 pieces! Easily put together. No added fats! If you don’t like it so sweet just use less sugar!
Ingredients:
5 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups four ( I used 1 cup white,1 cup Einkorn)
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbs. ground flax+ 7 tbs. warm water, let sit for a bit to gel up!
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 ½ cup cane sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¾ to 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Emergency icing: 1 cup of icing sugar and 4 to 5 tbs. water
Don’t forget to oil the form ( I used a regular size bundt cake form) You can use a square form and line it with parchment paper. Just check the baking time!
Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 55 minutes!
