A little late but I finally got around to filming my recipe for the chocolate chip almond cookies I posted on my Instagram a few weeks ago. These cookies are perfect for Easter, especially if you or your guests suffer from food allergies or intolerances.
Ingredients, measurements and full recipe below!
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash pink himalayan salt
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave/maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used enjoy life semi-sweet minichips)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-400F
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
Add in wet ingredients and mix until you get a doughy texture
Fold in chocolate chips
Bake for 10-15 minutes & cool
