Hi loves! Welcome to day 2 of youtober!! These fall drinks are my favorite!! The infused water keeps so hydrated and I refill it at least three times!! The healthy pumpkin smoothie helps cleanses your body and nourishes you. The Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is to die for it is so yummy!!

FALL DRINK RECIPES:

Autumn Infused water

1 pear thin
1 apple thin
1 plum thin
2 cinnamon sticks
Filtered Water

Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

2 cubs baby spinach
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 can coconut milk
8 oz water

1 banana
1/2 pumpkin puree
1 pinch nutmeg and whipped cream
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp almond milk
6 oz vanilla yogurt (I used plant based vanilla kite hill)

Toppings:
Any spice of your interest
Rice whipped Cream
