    1. not painful at all! lots of korean food can be veganized. Plus, I rarely eat Korean food when I eat out anyway (my mom is the best chef)! It’s all a matter of changing your perspective 🙂

    2. Cheap Lazy Vegan Gosh.. partying with Koreans was probably the most fun part of living in Hawaii (and visiting Korea twice). Being a vegan Korean must be painful Rose! :/

  2. I make a variation of the second one all. the. time. It’s *so* good. I use it for bibimbap, bibim mandu, bibimmyeon… EVERYTHING. I love it with broccoli mmmmmmmm
